Birthday party and Buffy has "mommish" hair

Here's another one I need help tracking down--

There's a birthday party (for Dawn?) at the Summers house, and Buffy is getting the cake. Spike pulls her into the other room where he says her hair is "not too mommish," and they have sex I think in the garage?

I remember it being a one-shot, and I'm positive I read it here.

I don't even remember the name of the story or the author so I don't know where I can go to find it.

I'm pretty sure that one was by tibialisant and it was here on SR but she took all her stories down a while back. Sorry, I don't remember the title.
