Non Canon-Spike Kills Kennedy, no one is bothered by it

I don't know what lead to this, but all I remember is that Angel challenges Spike for whatever reason (spike and buffy are together) and Spike wins and Kennedy is hiding in the trees and jumps out to stake Spike and he kills her. No one is really upset by it. I'm sorry I cant remember anything else.

I think you are thinking of Origins: Resolutions but it is Reilly not Angel that Spike fights first
