Buffy blackmailed because of Hank

If I'm remembering correctly. Hank is stealing from Spike's company. Spike finds out and goes to Buffy who he recently met and is attracted to. He offers marriage. She agrees to be his mistress. Spike is Hank's boss. Buffy hates Hank but wants to protect her mom from scandal who is in a hospital of some sort.
I think buffy is an ice skater in this one and spike forcefully takes her.
