Post-NFA, Buffy missing

Hi

I'm looking for a fic I was reading a few weeks ago...it's set post NFW and Buffy is missing. I think the title was something to do with loose ends but I can't remember the exact wording or how I found it originally. In the fic Andrew was the one who set Buffy up with the Immortal and Illyria and Angel went missing after NFA. I think Wesley was an oracle of some kind and Xander and Giles were making amends with Spike.
