This fiction starts in S6. Spike leaves town (forget if to get his soul or tired of way Buffy has treated him). Willow and Tara are patroling with Buffy; Tara dies by a demon in the cemetery, not by Warren. Cuts ~75 years later; Spike returns to Sunnydale, which is overrun by demons & no humans, to get a mystical object. He runs into Buffy, who doesn't recognize him or herself, but she's still young & slaying. She holds him in her sparse dungen like room because she's curious about him knowing her. Turns out Willow blames her for Tara's death and spelled her. Willow became bad from remorse and uses magic to keep herself young and rule the Hellmouth. There's a big show down in the opening of the Hellmouth. Wllow turns old again and dies, so does Buffy. Before Buffy dies, she had asked Spike to bury Willow first. He complies and when he goes to bury Buffy, she ressurrects because of original Oasiris spell from S6 (also what's keeping her young). Jog anyone's memory? |
