Iīm looking for a fic, where Spike comes back (S7) human and sick. The Scoobygang has to take care of him, and he ends up living with Buffy. He becomes friend with Xander. Sorry I donīt remember very much....they all go to a costume party at some point.... Sorry, but my english is very rusty...thank very much!!

Sounds like "A Good Man" by Ariana. She has her own sight but its also available at sinister attraction. Spike comes back from Africa human.
