Paralyzed in graveyard

Hey all. Wondering if anyone remembers this fic.

It wasn't very long, probably a one-shot.

Anyway, Spike got paralyzed by some demon and it just left him standing there in the cemetery. I think it was also some kind of poison. Buffy comes along and she for some reason knows the cure, which is, er, Spike's very own cold dead seed.

So she has to do what she has to do to free him from the paralysis and poison... ;)

Anyone recognize it?

That sounds like A Helping Hand by Constance. I found it on the bloodshedverse.
