Genuine Lies. Anyone know this story???

I read this story first on spuffy fantasy but then they shut down, it's a human fic. Buffy is a reporter or journalist or something and she's sent 2 do a story on a famous actress (Jenny Calender) which happens 2 be Spike's aunt, and someone wants Buffy to stop asking questions because there's a lot of skulls in the family closet, and now her life maybe in danger. The story was called genuine Lies. But i haven't been able 2 find it anywhere. HELP PLEASE!!
Also Buffy has a kid.

Through the wayback machine I was able to access Spuffy Fantasy and I browsed the stories and I saw none with that title:

I also checked on the wayback machine.Thought it was one of Margie's . I believe her story A Winning Hand was based on a Nora Roberts Book. I think Genuine Lies is based on a Nora Roberts book of the same name also. I hope that you find it. I remember that I was reading it and lost track of it . Would like to read it again.

Yeah, I think the author took the story down a couple months b4 the site got shut down, I was hoping someone had it saved 2 their computer or something.

I have three stories by Margie saved but Genuine Lies was not one of them. Since I rarely save stories that are less than a ten thousand words long that might not mean anything if that was a shorter story. Since I liked 'The Winning Hand' I would have saved her other stories as long as they were long enough. I'm thinking it might not be hers. Just my opinion.

OMGoodness thanks sooo much. I've been looking 4 this everywhere 4 so long. Thanks again Pari and Margie.

I remember when this fic was first being posted and the reason it was taken down was that it was almost completely plagiarized. I compared it word for word to the Nora Roberts story and yeah, other than changing the gender of the kid to a girl so Dawn could fit in, it was pretty obvious.

Does anyone have Chapter 5 up until the end? I can't get it on the net.
