AH Buffy babysits young Spike and Xander for summer - fall in love

My computer crashed, so all of my saved links are gone. I hope I'm not mixing two stories together --- Young Spike and cousin Xander spend the summer with Buffy while the rest of the family go on a trip. Spike has always been in love with Buffy and she falls for him over the summer. I believe Xander and Willow fall in love and it is Willow who discovers Spike and Buffy. I think in the end Spikes family ends up buying the house next door to Buffy.
