AH in Europe. The ending - Buffy leaves Spike and goes to a cabin...

All I remember about this story is that it's an AU/AH, set somewhere in Europe. Not exactly sure if it's present time or in the past. All I remember is the ending - Buffy leaves Spike and goes to a cabin. I think the cabin has some significance to them? Anyway, Spike comes after her. Like I said, it's not much to go on, but I'm hoping it rings some bells.

I think that might be a Greyangel story. William and Spike are twin brothers, Giles is their father. Buffy is married to William, he dies while she is pregnant. Spike and Giles step in to help. There is a big fight at the end and Buffy goes off alone to a cabin to figure things out. Spike eventually goes after her. Does that sound right? I don't know if you can still find these stories and I'm not sure about the title.
