Looking for a Fic where Buffy rescues Spike from Hell but is kept there while pregnant

Hello again, second fic I am after has the following elements (if I am remembering correctly!) - Willow does a spell on Warren to bring back the people killed by his actions; Spike goes to Hell (can't remember why) and I think has to cross over a sea of dead souls; Buffy goes to rescue him (while pregnant with their kid) and is kept there until she gives birth and is rescued. Hope someone knows what it is as it's been bugging me for ages. Thanks.

sorry about the last post. About the story I'm almost positive that it's the first book of the Peacemaker chronicles by Nimue over at Sinister Attraction.
