Normal again re-write

I'm trying to remember the name and author of a fan fic i read a while ago. It's a Normal again re-write where it turns out to be true that she is in a mental institution's in L.A and she isn't the slayer and there are no vampires but Spike is there or William as it is..... does anyone remember this...

I don't know where it is online. I have a copy but it's not a lot - only through chapter four. I know it was not completed but I don't know how much was posted. It was on The Sandlot which is no more. The last link for it is:
