Hey,
I've read a fic some time ago, and can't find it. I don't remember the title nor the author, but Buffy was working for the police or something, she was paired up with Gunn and they had to watch Spike who was the bad guy in this fic, then Buffy and Gunn moved in with Spike and his men and had to prove themselves to him in order for Spike to hire them. Also Giles was Buffy's boss, and Gunn and Buffy had to act like a couple sleeping in the same bed and all, but then Spuffy fell in love and started sleeping together, and all I remember is qhe's going to get pregnant but lose the baby without knowing it until the miscarriage and Fred is also present in the story. At the end, Spike surrenders and Buffy resigns and waits for him to be out of jail.
