Post-series Buffy working as Anne in a truck stop cafe, found by Spike

Sorry, mods! I was looking for this fic in the found section and accidentally posted the original request there.

Buffy is hiding out as Anne again at a truck stop near a freeway interchange and pours cruddy coffee in this 2-parter(?). Spike has been looking for her and happens to dash in right before the sun rises. Buffy and Spike have a long talk and there's a line about Spike being Buffy's propeller, something about him always pushing her up. I can't remember title or author. Please help!
