Kari Mouke fic cant sort wich one

I know I am looking for Kari Mouke fic but cant figure wich one. I remember Buffy being vampire, sleeping with Spike but he also skept with Dru and she was jelouse about it. Buffy was virgn then turned and Spike need to be inside of her for a long time for her not to heal back. Some references to Dru being same way after turning and how Angel finding greal pleasure in inflicting her pain again and again.
