Searching for another fic I'm pretty sure it's based on season 1. Spike is in the cemetery and a little girl falls out of a portal, Spike thinks he will take her home as a snack for Dru but she says you're not going to eat me are you daddy. he is horrified and the thought then he tastes her blood and it turns out she is his and Buffy's daughter. He goes to the library where the scoobies are explains it all, they order pizza then an older buffy steps out of a portal to take her home.
I stumbled upon this story a few days ago and now I cannot seem to find where I saw it.
