Spike claims Buffy because an angel told him to.

This is set in I believe S3 and at the beginning Spike and Buffy fight, Spike wins and bites Buffy. Angel challenges the claim and him and Spike fight in a big arena underground in front of a bunch of Demon spectators and Spike wins but lets Angel live. Spike explains to Buffy and giles that he was visited by an angel and told to claim Buffy. Towards the end Joyce gets shot and killed and Buffy and Spike leave Sunnydale. At the end which is set like 90 years in the future its reveled that Angel and Willow are together and the angel visits Buffy and its insinuated that she is pregnant. Also I could be wrong but I believe I read the story on Sinister Attraction.

The first part reminds me of a story where I sure the angel is called something like Tinoma, that's not quite right. I thought the story was called the same but I can't seem to find it in my lists. I even checked SA under titles for it. Not sure of the ending though.
Does that ring any bells?

Is it this one? It's got an angel named Tionne and it's at Sinister Attraction. I have this in my pile of stories still to read, so I'm taking a guess here.
