So there's this fic, I don't remember too much about it, it was one of the first fics I ever read soo long ago! But it was set after 'the gift' when buffy died, only this time she didn't come back until hundreds of years later, so her friends and family were all dead, except spike of course... I wish I could remember more about it but I can't
