Spike's sponsored by a rock band

This fiction I am searching for is all human. I believe Spike is in a rock band & Buffy is attracted to him. Her best friend Willow is dating a member of the band who is dark haired, tall and muscular (not Oz). I recall a scene of Willow & her boyfriend's reunion in her apartment during the band tour. I believe Willow's in medical school. A scene that stands out is when Buffy & Willow throw a party for the guys in the band & Spike at one of their apartments (either Willow's of Spike's). There's some tramp at the party (who has tried to sleep with everyone in the band) and is blatantly throwing herself at Spike or Willow's boyfirend in front of the girls so Buffy & Willow throw the tart out. Does this jog anyone's memory?
