AH fic, Spike is a butcher??

Hi, me again now I'm looking for a fic AH, I think Spike and Buffy are good friends with prospect of being something more, Buffy is being abused somehow (maybe even by her parents???), keeps choosing wrong men (or staying with the one that's bad, I'm really not sure) over Spike. And Spike is a butcher, I think, unfortunately, I don't remember much, but there was a lot angst in that fic.... Hope someone will know!
