Buffy is a ballerina in a company and Spike's the artistic director/choreographer

Several years ago I read a great Spuffy AU fanfic where Buffy is a ballerina in a company (most likely in New York City) and Spike's the artistic director/choreographer. All humans, AU.

I've been trying to find this fanfic again for a few years and just can't track it down. I don't know the title or author and hope someone recalls it.

Mafia Mistress by SpuffyObessed has Buffy as a ballerina. Lorne is her dancing partner but Spike is the head of an organized crime family, not an artistic director. However, he does have a personal studio built for her to practice in.
