Spike is a vamp, Buffy is a Human. They get together and she doesn't know he's a vamp..

I know it's not very descriptive. I can't remember much. He's a camp who lives in a mansion with this old couple serving him. They love him. Bufy and Spike get together and she slowly realizes he can't do things? Or he just tells her he's a vamp. I think he owns a big mansion and lots of land. They end up claiming each other or something and he can go out into the sun. Gosh I wish I could remember more details but I just can't. It was well written and I think had double digit chapters.

Is he possibly an artist that Buffy loves his art work and they meet at one of his shows? He's very wealthy and an old vamp that lives on a large estate. The old couple that are his trusted servants have been with him their entire lives and love him dearly. Their family before them served him. If so I know of the fic and can probably find it again fairly quickly.
