Spike and William are estranged brothers. Buffy sleeps with Spike mistaking him for William

I read this here on SR, and it's complete. Spike arrives in Sunnydale to find his estranged brother, William. Buffy is a singer and waitress in Xander's club. She goes to William's law office and see's Spike, thinking it's William with a new look, she has sex with him. Spike thinks William is having an affair. Buffy becomes pregnant and they find out as he and his family are repairing their relationship. (Giles is his father, and Angel is his brother.) William dies in a car crash knowing the child isn't his but not who the father is. His body is taken back to England for burial and Buffy discovers he's very wealthy. His family insists she stay, especially since she's pregnant. She and Spike grow very close. Angel is in love with Cordelia. She's his secretary. Any giving me the author or title of this fic would much appreciated.

Summary: William and Spike are twin brothers. Spike lives in England with his older brother, Angel and their father, Giles. William settles in LA, where he meets Buffy after renting a room from Joyce Summers when he first moves to Sunnydale. Buffy has only just graduated from high school when they meet, but before a year has passed her mother dies leaving Buffy and her sister Dawn in financial difficulties. William, already in love with Buffy proposes to her, offering to look after her and her sister. Equally in love with William, Buffy accepts and together they build a life for themselves.

But, unbeknown to Buffy, William has another life back in England, though he hasn't seen his British family in six years. Having left his family after a falling out, William changes his surname in an effort to evade them. Time passes and William is now running his own small law firm with his partner Lindsey. Buffy works as a singer for her friend Xander, who runs a nightclub with his wife Anya. Buffy's work helps to support Dawn who is now at college. Life is happy if a little hard for the small family. Then one day, William's twin brother, Spike turns up asking William to return home with him.

With the arrival of Spike Hunter, Buffy's idyllic life is about to change forever.
