There was a fic I read years ago I can't for the life of me remember the title of. It's set in Season 6. Buffy makes a bet with Spike that he isn't allowed to talk to until she says so. If she loses the bet she has to tell the Scoobies about them. If he loses he has to leave Sunnydale. Does anyone know where to find it?
