Spuffy captured by the council/Baby Fic

I've read this before and I've tried countless times on the search engine but with no luck.

Buffy and Spike are captured separately by the council and are confined together, they eventually 'get together' and Buffy becomes pregnant. Some other stuff happens and they end up living somewhere with the baby and noone knows where they are. i think however in the end Joyce comes to visit?

Were they hiding out in England in a house? Apparently Spike had bought it years before because Dru told him to and it was protected with wards?
