highlander crossover

Hi,

I'm looking for a specific highlander crossover fic i read a while ago. Buffy is an immortal, she leaves sunnydale, i think it's after season 4, because i seem to remember her thinking that she hadn't thought about Riley in all the time since she woke up. Because i think she died after fighting Adam or something like that. Spike finds her at some point, and she ends up having to go back to sunnydale, because people, i think the Council, are coming after her. And i don't think it got finished, or at least it wasn't when i read it last. That's about all i remember.
