I'm looking for this claiming fic i read a while ago. I can't remember how they claimed each other, I think it may have been whilst under the spell in 'Something Blue', but I'm not sure. What I am sure of is: they develop telepathy with each other, Spike is sent to LA for a while because the claim will break if they are apart for long enough, and they have to break it because they figure the council will kill them if they don't. Spike has an apartment, and most of the other residents are demons or part demons, which is how Buffy finds out about non-violent demons. And towards the end, Spike and Buffy get married, in human fashion, and the Council, including Travers show up but they don't do anything, they just watch. And it turned out that Xander is the one who let them know.
