Married Spike Cheating On Dru With Buffy

The name of this fic just slips my mind. It is the one where Spike is married to Dru and they are rich. He is a businessman of some sort and he has been having an affair with Buffy for over a year. She eventually decides to leave Spike because he comes to the pent house (that he bought her) saying that Dru is pregnant (when she isn't).

Does this ring any bells? I can't seem to remember the name and am dying to read it again!!
