Drusilla kidnaps Spike

There's something coming called the Cleansing and it will kill all but the very strongest vampires. Drusilla catches Spike alone and tortures him before dusting herself - I specifically remember that when he was rescued, the Scoobies discovered his eyes and mouth sewn shut and his eardrums pierced so that he couldn't hear anything, so he didn't realize who was rescuing him until he tried to fight back and his chip went off.

It is driving me bananas that I can't find this story.
