Pregnant but has to die for baby

Hi guys!

I read a fic years ago where Buffy was pregnant with Spike's baby but they found out that it would be either the baby's life or Buffy's. So Buffy decides to sacrifice herself for the baby but it turns out that Buffy does die but comes back alive. I'm pretty sure this is all in one fic but I just can't remember the name or the author. I believe Buffy is still the slayer and Spike is still a vamp.

No worries, you might also try our search feature, you can type in pregnant and/or baby, search in 'Where to search', choose 'messages', also pick a 'forum' to search in (found fics). Try that next time and see if anything pops up.
