AR--Buffy meets vampire Spike in small-town library on 3rd floor; lives with Grandma as parents died

I read this fic about a month ago on my friends laptop and for the life of me can't figure out where I was reading it...

Other elements I remember are: Buffy's mom and grandfather died in a fire and she had to buy clothes from a thrift shop when she came to town: she doesn't know Spike is a vampire until later in the fic after they get used to sharing space on the third floor. Buffy loves to read and escapes her problems while Spike even pretends to be her boyfriend when an overly persistent guy tries to ask her out.

I have no idea if this fic was finished or where I left off. Would appreciate any help in the right direction.
