I don't remember much, so bare with me. And I'm sorry if this is in the wrong place, but I'm new to this.
Okay, so I remember that Drusilla was in it and I think she was staked or killed in some way, but she came back as some kind of Ghost of Sprit-thingy, and she told Buffy (in a criptic way) that she and Spike could have a Baby if they did it that night, but Spike thinks Buffy's injured from a fight and wants her to rest so she ends up having to seduce him, I think that it was set in Highschool, and the fight may have been with a vamped-Riley.
