Buffy says "I love you" by accident

A while ago, I read a Spuffy story and this scene is stuck in my mind. Buffy and Spike are lovers but they haven't said the "L" word yet. They're in bed and Spike makes some remark, and Buffy says something like "and yet, I love you anyway" totally by accident, which leads the way to Spike confessing his love too. I know it's really vague, but does it ring a bell ? I'm 90% sure it's set in a world where Buffy is a slayer and Spike a vampire (it's probably a canon fic). Any suggestions ?
