Another Road Trip fic

This one takes place sometime during or after Season 3, definitely after Drusilla dumped Spike for the Chaos demon. Demons start chasing Spike and Buffy and so they go on a road trip out of Sunnydale. I remember a scene where they are at a rest stop and a demon attacks them in front of a bus full of senior citizens. They end up hiding out in this house/farm that Spike won in poker. I think it turns out that Drusilla was the one who sent the demons after Spike.
