spike sees buffy at gas station and goes with her to party at Joyce's galery?

Hi guys

Been looking for a story for a while now but can't seem to find it.
I can only remember one part: Spike (vampire) sees Buffy at the gas station and I think she's on her way to a party at Joyce's galery and something happens at the gas station I think because Buffy has to change her dress.
Spike goes with her to the party, he knows he has feelings for her and he wants to be with her.

That's all I remember and I'm not even sure I'm remembering it right so I HOPE someone knows which story I'm talking about
