Does anyone remember the fic that uses 'Our Song' By Taylor Swift please?
Most of the words from the song are used as scenarios in the story line.
Angel is Buffy's brother, Spike is Angel's best friend.

Do you mean Tear Drops On My Guitar? The synopsis matches just what you described, except the song. It's here on SR, but I'm not able to include the link.
