Wes and Fred are the new Oracles - Spuffy Fic

I remember reading a story once a while ago where Giles goes to see the Oracles and they are Wes and Fred. Giles was going there to talk to the Oracles about Buffy and Spike. Unfortunately that's the only thing I can remember. Any ideas?
