Spike living with Buffy and Dawn, gets jealous of Buffy's study partner

Hey there! I'm looking for a specific fic where Spike ends up moving in with Buffy and Dawn, living in the basement and helping support them. At one point in the story Spike gets jealous of a guy who comes over to work on a project for class with Buffy, saying that someday she won't need him around anymore. Any ideas?
