Buffy (slayer)/ Spike (vampire) switching places with a human B/ S married & work a the same bar.

Looking for a story about Buffy & Spike switching places with a human Buffy & Spike who I think is married, live together, and they both work at a bar. I don't remember how the switch happen maybe a demon was involved, but time is different and I think they are there for about a year. The story focus in on Buffy the slayer and Spike been a vampire trying to fit into their human lives without changing things.
