Arrow through shoulder, AU

Buffy was shot with an arrow through her shoulder, Spike took care of her in the shower of his new apartment, with special handles installed, after which was schmexy stuff (in the shower) Spike had this awesome new apartment with a big ass TV, with which Xander fell in love, and it ended with nice bonding time for Scoobies and Spike (sort of, considering)
Could be some Cruciamentum stuff, not sure tho.

I read this following your description and really enjoyed it. Frina's suggestion matches everything you say but there is Pangs stuff rather than cruciamentum.
