Crypt romantic set up/lost ring

The scene I have flickers of in my head has a crypt (not Spike's) that Buffy and Spike have sex in. I think it has been set up to be romantic, candles, music etc. It may have been a crypt they had previously removed a nest of vamps from. I'm pretty sure that one of them, Buffy I think, returns to the crypt again later/next day because she has lost a ring or something and is trying to find it.

All very vague I know but there is a chance it might ring a bell for someone.

So, I just happened to read something that sounds kind of familiar to what you described and it reminded me of reading your post a while ago (I remember thinking it sounded like a scene I'd love to read)....
Could it be Atonement by Katrina? There is a scene in Chapter 10 (I think) where Buffy sets up a crypt all romantic with candles hoping to seduce Spike, it gets interrupted and later Buffy tries to get Spike to go back to the crypt with her saying she lost an earring....Haven't read past that chapter yet, but that scene sounds like what you were thinking of.
