Spike telling his and Buffy's love story

Hi, I'm looking for a fic in which Spike tells his and Buffy's love story to a Sandman or someone similar because he died first and didn't want to go further without buffy. I'm pretty sure they were claimed and lived in Greece.

i just read this a few weeks ago, its CLOSURE by Kyra Storm, i think. Sorry cant post link. Yovu can read that part at the epilogue. Its not sandman but Death.
