Buffy becomes an ER nurse after her and spike move into a small town together

Buffy and spike leave together after acathla has been destroyed. They keep drivin with no destination in mind, until they eventually just settle into a small town. Buffy works in the ER and they own a little house and spike even shovels the neighbours walk. Eventually Joyce and Giles find them and tell them they need their help. Joyce falls for the doctor that buffy works with.

Are they on a bowling team and the town finds out Buffy's a slayer when a vamp gang tries to kill everyone in a bar and Spuffy saves them?
