Buffy in hell, Spike goes to rescue, river of blood, she cannot talk or remember

Spike is the one who goes to get her, is pretty much tortured and skeletal by the time the Demon guard lets him by, Buffy has made the hell and is all alone, weird writing on her wall, when she remembers the writing makes sense.
