AU/TT fic with Buffy as 'The Immortal Light', Merrick as her guide and Spike as her 'other half'.

Well, hello, one and all.
I've done my best to phrase the title with the things that I think people will remember, but some of the other things I remember include 'future, immortal' Buffy trying to keep her identity a secret for as long as she can, for fear of the scoobies interfering with the overall plan.
Buffy ends up living in her own place, which happens to be a converted warehouse that Clem fixes up for her.
Once her identity has been revealed, there is at some point a verbal beatdown of the scoobies for being as controlling of Buffy as they are.
I'm not entirely sure of this detail but there could possibly be some kind of 'merging' of souls to do with the 'future' Buffy that travels back with Merrick and the 'present' Buffy who may be in the hospital. Now, as I say, this may be from another story and I'm getting things mixed up.
