Far future Buffy dying given chance return

All the time/do-over recs recently have reminded me of a fic I read once which I don't think(?) has been included. It was far in the future and Buffy was really old and essentially trapped in her body not able talk anymore, very fragile, she is close to the end and is given the choice of finally dying or going back. It may have been listed already but I don't think so.
