Okay, I thought I had this bookmarked but apparently not.

I think the name of the fic is normal, but unfortunately I couldn't find it with just the name. I feel like I should know this, but at the moment I'm drawing a blank. In the story I remember Dawn was born from Buffy and Spike and I'm pretty sure they tortured Riley. Dawn however wasn't born normally, she just appeared one night while, I think they were in L.A.
