Spike has wings and survives on slayer blood

Spike comes back into Buffy's life with a swoop from a stair railing.....all the slayers are living together in a mansion near a lake, Buffy catches vampires to bring back to the house for the new slayers to train with, on how to stake a vampire. They have a graveyard right next to the mansion. The first evil possesses some of the slayers, and Kennedy also..........ring any bells? I can't for the life of me remember thee title of author, so I was hoping some of you might !
