Spike and Buffy held captive by Quentin Travers

Buffy and Spike trapped in a dungeon, I think. Quentin uses Buffy as bait attempting to destroy both her and Spike but it backfires on him. I think Buffy ends up killing Quentin, before Spike and she can escape from where they are. This is a story from long ago, but I hope someone remembers the name of it. Thanks

No, that's not it, though it's a good read.A Price is an awesome story teller. I loved her God Touched series. But the story I'm looking for has a Spike that is soulless and who begins to care for Buffy during their captivity. They team up to protect themselves and go head to head with Travers. I think Buffy lets Spike feed from her also.

Only a vague chance because the details don't match well but Buffy and Spike are trapped by Quentin in The Itch by Gilly Bean2. Spike never returned after S2 and is being used as Buffy's 25th cruciamentum vamp, Quentin trying to force/manipulate a prophecy. He is killed as they leave but by Spike. But they do become close during captivity and Spike does feed from her. Fingers crossed...
