I really tried not to use the forum again today, but I'm getting grumpy at my memory. Is this what being old is? Anyway. =)
This fic is set around the time of the Initiative and I can really only remember the end, or near the end. Spike is captured/experimented on somehow, leaving him almost dead and in need of reanimation. There's some kind of recipe that maybe Walsh found to do that. It takes a number of different kinds of blood.
The part I remember best is that Angel somehow needs the same cure (I don't remember why) but he's been such an ass that they substitute a different kind of blood in the recipe (dog I believe). There's a hilarious scene where Cordy calls and scolds them because Angel is acting like whatever kind of blood it was (it will wear off).
I've done searches on just about every keyword I could think of, but I didn't find anything that fit. If someone can point me in the right direction I'd really appreciate it! |
